I'm sorry if you got a bunch of duplicate RSS feed items over the past week or so. I have had some issues with my blog software in which it was not removing the "www." and then it was, which caused all of my rss entries to look like duplicates. I have fixed the problem, but it will probably cause a bunch of duplicates again, since all the posts went back to their old urls. We will see. Anyways, sorry for the inconvenience, and hopefully this is all resolved.
